.The standard adds some specifications and models of zippers, and makes appropriate adjustments to the specification range, including:

Metal zippers are more expensive, while nylon and injection molded zippers are cheaper. Generally, the larger the size, the more expensive it is. There are also some special ones. For example, size 2 is more expensive than size 3 and 5, and size 7 is more expensive than size 8.

 

Zipper specifications and dimensions can be measured with calipers and meter sticks. Measurement width: No. 3 is generally about 4.0mm, No. 5 is generally about 6.0mm, No. 7 is generally about 6.5mm, and No. 8 is generally about 7.10mm.
